Strange - you should only have 3 lights over there - 'check gage', battery and the SRS Airbag light. This is an Excursion right? And it is gage not gauge for some reason.... The Expeditions had air suspensions available - maybe that is what you mean....
The PDF manual you linked is just like the one in my glovebox and it neither show my "CHK SUSP". It comes on an off with the corresponding push of the tow/haul mode button.
Eventually Ford realized the suspension on the Excursions was not very good, so if you get too many (I think it was about 12,000) miles on your rig without any spring mods you get the "Check Suspension Light".
Change your springs and shocks and it will go out. It worked for me.
