Wouldn't the door locks be a different issue?
Just thinking it's a way to narrow down what is actually wrong.

If it's been raining or if you have washed it lately, I'm with Robin on this and the water problem. If you windshield has ever been replaced, that seems to be an extra pointer in that direction.

+2 on the water intrusion or GEM. You can pull the fuse box out enough to see if there are traces of water behind it on the firewall and in tha backside of it. And while you are there, reset the GEM and see if that helps. Just unplug it for a couple of minutes then plug it back in. If there is water getting in to the back of the fuse box...get your windshield resealed...common problem.

Still tryin' to get her fixed.... Checked all fuses again under the hood and dash... Bought some maxi fuses and regular fuses and changed all the Maxi's that were brought up in the replies... Still nothing... Checked for voltage in and out of the fuses and it all checks out good... Checked wiring harness plugs under the dash to make sure something just wasn't loose....All were good... Did the same for the harness plugs under the hood and they all checked out good....

Checked for water in the areas mentioned...No sign of water... Pulled the fuse box and checked all the conections there...All were OK... Pulled the GEM module and checked for water...Nothing there.... Left the GEM module disconnected while I checked some other wiring (about 15 Minutes) put it back in a still having the same problems....

Mike F250... the only reason I mentioned the door lock issue was that they worked fine that morning and in the afternoon they didn't work...
Just trying to let someone more intelligent than me know of all the problems... Dont know if this is just a different problem and just happened to go out along with everything else or tied to my other problems....

No recent rain or truck washings... Windshield is original and is sealed... Checked it with a water hose for leaks ... None found...

Is there a wiring diagram or schematic here on the site that would help me with tracing the individual wiring for the horn, cruise control and the airbag??? Seems funny that all these are located on the steering wheel and all went down at the same time.... Maybe a plug connection inside the steering wheel is disconnected... Just guessing her guys.... IDK...

Not sure my vaccum pump is actually running... I have not been able to hear it or feel it run at all...

Thanks for all the replies fellas... If someone has any ideas PLEASE post 'em up....

The air bag light, horn and cruise, could be a clockspring failure.

Sounds like it could be a few unrelated things. Since the vacuum issue has been covered, how about the ABS light? When you first turn the truck on, it should flash before it stays lit. It will flash a code like 2 flashes pause, 7 flashes. That's code 27. Tell us what the code you're getting on the ABS and we can go from there.

Sounds like it may be an ABS sensor in the wheel which would explain the cruise issues too.

F350-6...Its the Air Bag Light that is on not the ABS light... It is flashing me a 32 Code...Did a search on the forum here and it seems that replacement of the clock spring is the fix for the Air Bag Light, Horn and the Cruise Control problems I'm having... Thanks for the info about the flashing code.... I didn't know that.... I'll try to pick up a clock spring today and change it out over the weekend....

This is something I can do myself is it not???? I dont want to deploy my air bag and look like a raccoon for 2 weeks ....

Any good ideas on chasing down that vaccum leak????

Thanks fellas.... A lot a good knowledgable folks here....

Disconnect the batteries before starting. No power...no deploy.

Sorry, sometimes I'm an idiot who can't read

Start with the vacuum leak by checking where the hose connects to the front hub. That's the most common leak. If those check out good, disconnect and plug off one line at a time on the vacuum pump to isolate which hose has the problem.

As for the clock spring replacement. Be careful and keep your face out from in front of the airbag. Also handle it carefully since you don't want it to go off just sitting there.

Here's how to remove the steering wheel to change the clockspring. https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/6...l-removal.html

Edit: Here's another link to my gallery showing the removal. https://www.ford-trucks.com/user_gal...&albumid=37403

Here's an update fellas....

Changed out the clockspring and that fixed the horn, cruise control and the air bag light problems I was having....

The AC blowing only via the defrost vents was actually the vaccum pump... Replaced it with a new pump and she's blows fine now...

The door locks I will tackle in the AM... I did a couple hours of searching and reading here and found the fix for those....

Thanks guys for all the help...

F350-6... That was an excellent tutorial on removing the air bag and steering wheel... Thanks a bunch....

Fellas.... You guys have a Hell of a Forum here and a ton of knowledgable individuals that are more than willing to help out....

Thanks Again Guys....

You Guys ROCK!!!!!!!!!!

Hang around. There's lots more good info here. And think of the money you just saved by not paying a mechanic to diagnose or fix this for you.
