In MN and have P0705
I just checked for codes on my Scan Gauge for grins. Found I have P0705. My search resulted in Kris saying Transmission Range Sensor Circuit malfunction. I got a p0783 yesterday with a flashing OD light. Cleared it with the Scan Gauge and it never came back.
On my way home from Oregon. Thanks in advance.

Thanks Chris. Trans seems to be operating fine. I'm towing the 5er running PHP 65 tow tune. I've run it pretty hard up long grades with the OD off. Did you know the grade to Mt. Rushmore is 10 percent?! ha ha. Pulled tow an 8, two 7s and more 6s than I can count, ha ha....
Thanks again. Reps sent.

I'd send an email off to Bill or try posting this on his forum then. Programmers change shift patterns and such, so the codes just may be a result of tuning that need to be ignored on certain grades.
The comments about stuck valves and harsh shifts in the manual could just be a result of the increased line pressure from the tuner. At least it's worth hoping for.

No issues, thanks for asking Jay. As posted above, I think the codes may be a result of how I'm taking advantage of the this awsome 65tow tune. This tune holds a long time but can be controlled by your right foot.
Example, yesterday I pulled a 10 percent grade for 1.5 miles in manual 2nd at about 2.5k rpms and then went back down it in manual 2nd. Then today, I smoked a 6leaker up a 6 percenter while in 3rd (OD off) at about 63 mph. Yes he was also pulling a fiver....
