Ok to pull with CEL / P0470 code?
Ok I just upgraded from my F150 to a F350 turbo with 90k on it. So I'm new to the diesel world but love my Ford's.
Been driving it a couple weeks and no issues at all. This morning I get a CEL with P0470 code.
Question I have is it ok to pull still?
We are leaving tomorrow to do some back country camping and atving and this has kind of put a snag in the plans. We won't be going far maybe 200 miles.
You guys think the truck will be ok?

You may have problems..... it is an EGR malfunction code. Only the dealer will prob know for sure....and even then the mech has to be a REAL Ford 6.0 mech! Would be worth a try to inhook the neg battery cables (two) and let it erase the code, then restart and see if it comes back.
