P0470 trouble code
I received and installed my Aeroforce scan gage! I have one DTC code: P0470 Exhaust Back Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
Is this important and what does it mean?

It's not a big deal. On start up the PCM cycles the EBPV and expects to see an increase in exhaust back pressure. The actual sensor is located by the HPOP and a tube from it runs down to the passenger side exhaust manifold. If you have the EBPV gutted or disconnected then that code is thrown. Otherwise the tube going to the sensor or the sensor itself is clogged up with soot. In any case no biggie unless you want it to work.
