Try Dennis Carpenter for your grille. They run about $550.
Good thing though, they're stamped from actual Ford tools.
Also, they aren't always available for purchase.
They hold out for good aluminum. They won't stamp them out of crappy material.

Look around here for a thread about these grilles.
Someone recently had a post asking about their availability.
The O.P. referred to them as "DC" grilles.
There may be some first hand info about their quality and availability in that thread.
