I just installed a boost, pyro and trans temp gauge in my truck. The gauges i used are isspro performax. First thing I noticed about my gauges in that the boost gauge sits at 2 PSI at idle. Also the movement from my boost and pryo is jumpy. If im hard on the throttle then they jump up very smooth...but if im soft on the throttle like everyday driving the gauges move up and down very jumpy. Its hard to explain but i was wondering if anybody else with isspro performax gauges can give me some insight on whether this is just how the guages are or is something wrong? Thanks
I noticed that too, they seem to have smoothed out slightly. The only thing that bothers me now is I can hear the fuel pressure gauge actuating. It has about 2 psi jitter to it and I can hear the little stepper motor going back and forth.
were did you tie your boost guage into if you teed into the map sensor hose it will be jumpy
I drilled and tapped the intake for my boost gauge.

After driving around today it looks to me like the boost gauge is a bit smoother. Im hoping the gauges have some sort of break in period and will smooth out. I already sent isspro a email about my issues and am waiting on a reply. If this is the way the gauges are going to be then im really going to try and return them. I had autometers in my old truck and they were really smooth. This time i went with isspro because i thought they were a better gauge but now im starting to wonder.
