Tailgate Cap

Has anyone ever replaced the tailgate cap or the bed cap? I am referring to the piece of plastic that guards the top of the tailgate or the bed rails? I gouged the tailgate cap pretty badly removing a motorcycle from the box this weekend and it looks kind of bad now. I was wondering if people went aftermarket or if Ford has anything to offer? I might just replace it with the same thing if it isn't super expensive through Ford. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

I'm sure you can. A guy on another forum had to replace his cap, but actually just on the middle tailgate step part. He went to one Ford dealer where they tried to rip him off and said he need a whole new tailgate step (Like $1000!), but another dealer got him the actual cap part for like $15.
