A4LD Shifting Problem
I'm hoping some of you transmission wizards out there can give me a hand.
89 Bronco II, 2.9l EFI, A4LD, 4x4.
Trany does not shift from 2nd to 3rd.
Anything external that could cause this?
I have a good salvage trany standing by if it's terminal.
Any pointers on good things to do while I've got it apart would be greatly appreciated.

correction to the above post.
Transmission is not shifting from 3rd to 4th gear.
I understand this is electrically controlled, but do not know how to troubleshoot this one.
As always, any and all help will be greatly appreciated.
