C6 Band Adjustment ?
Loosen the 13/16 locknut in front of your shift linkage...Turn the square stud or screw out a turn or two, then turn it back in and torque it to 10 ft. lbs. or 120 inch. lbs...Then back the adjusting screw or stud out EXACLTY 1 1/2 turns...Hold the adjusting screw or stud from turning and torque the locknut 30 to 40 ft. lbs... Your intermediate or second gear band in now adjusted just the way Ford want's it...
