bad pcm?
02 f250 psd
Stopped truck and went back out to start it and it would not do anything. A few minutes later it started to turn over strong but would not start. The ism relay is clicking very fast in the fuse panel .I replaced both batteries and the ignition control switch. All fuses are fine. I did blow two of the big fuses when it first happened but that may have been from jumping the solinoid. The voltage on the glow plug solinoid and the starter solinoid (small wires) ranged from 5.6 to 6.9.is that to little) the main lead was over 11.5 on both. Could it be a bad pcm?
