That is a stamped lower control arm or Ford usually calls them radius arms because they don't use uppers. I would call it a radius arm bushing, but some manufactures may still call it a lower control arm bushing.
The front should be a king pin, so it's just a bushing in each rear. If they are really loose, getting them out is simple. However a press will make it easy to put them in. I've never had the patients for using a BFH to drive rubber/poly bushings.
Nothing will be easy. The steel sleeve will be difficult to remove, You really need a press. Due to the U shaped part it will have a tendency to bend. You will need a C type spacer to insure you don't bend the arm when pressing in and out the new bushing. I have done this on other vehicles not a Ex. but it can be done with a press. I would recommend you find a machine shop that will press in the part for you. Then you can remove the part and provide nessary repair parts and pay someone else to install it. Best of luck.
