Problem need ideas
I have this vibration that started 4 months ago. When you reach speeds above 50 mph there is a roar type sound with vibration that does not affect the steering wheel but the dash vibrates and you can feel it under your ***. It is pretty intense!! The roar is very loud. Any ideas??

Ok wife was driving the excursion. She said the vibration went away.
Then she called back 20 minutes later after parking at a store and says the truck will not go into reverse or drive. It starts but the transmission won't engage. I guess the vibration was from the transmission the question know is how bad and how much to repair?
