9k+ complaint

Well, I'm getting looking in my rearview mirror and see the door seal/weather strip sagging in the middle at the top of the passenger side rear door. When I get home and look at the driver side rear...it too is sagging. I try pressing them back up into the seat of the seam but seems there is too much flex in the seal. Is this supposed to be "glued" in or is it just crammed into the door seam? Pissed me off!

Friction fit is the way the door seals keep to the metal seams around the door opening.
