transmissions

Are the transmissions the same in an 1985 Ford ranger 2 wheel drive and a 1986 ford ranger 2 wheel drive both with the 2.0 l motor?

Yes, I remember little 2.0s backed up by automatics (c5?) so all we need is clarifcation.
Manual trans could be Toyo Kyogo 4 or 5speed or mazda 5spd.
