Update GPS
I just got a new 2009 F-150 on Saturday, and noticed my neighborhood (that is fairly new) does not show up on the GPS yet. It does on my stand alone Garmin GPS. It got me thinking how we update the GPS in the truck. Has anybody done this before? What is the process?

I contacted navteq 3 times in about 2 weeks ago about a update and as of yet have had no reply via e-mail.
