i think i new set of smoked Recon lenses is like 40-50 bucks but dont hold me to it. doubt your gonna find anybody that wants to get rid of theres. check craigslist or ebay and see if you can find a cheap set.
the wiring harness might be worth a few bucks but I wouldnt waste my time on used lights. New ones are cheap, and one unseen crack from the wreck and you ruin your headliner? no thanks.
I never thought about it before but Robs right if the lense is cracked then a rain storm could cause water to leak in. I wonder if there is something I could do to prevent that? I was thinking about adding recon light myself.
i guess i'm not seeing this, so because the pickup was in a front-end collision (not rolled) the lenses on top of the cab may be cracked?
i thought those cab lights were like $150 new, but i guess if they're only $40 with a harness, that only makes sense to by new. where do you find that price? Thanks!!
EDIT: wow, ok, i see 4wheelonline has them on sale for $38 free shipping. bummer they screwed me on my shocks, but at least i can take their sale pricing to competitors. Thanks people!
since you dont have the harness i'd be lookin on ebay for the whole shebang. then sell the stock light covers and get some smoked ones. I made 25 bucks off my stock orange cab lights.
as for waterproofing, when you do the install just dont be conservative with rtv. When i put my Lund Sunvisor on my truck I think I used almost a whole tube on the 10 bolts. thats about the best you can do. or not drill holes in you cab.
