Turbo Problem? video

Mines done that sound since Ive had it. I thought it was bad at first but after almost 1 year owning it and 12k miles later it still has never got any better or any worse. I still can hit 25 psi or boost at times on a stock tune when driving so I figured it was fine I gonna have it in getting the bed plate sealed so I may bring that up when I take it in about the turbo
