I have 1 question! Has anyone ever had a warranty claim denied because the 2 stroke oil was in their fuel? Warranty claim on such items as injectors, hpop system etc. Is the 200:1 mix strong enough to see a colorization in the fuel to alert the dealer to look further or for that matter Ford if an engineer has to OK the warranty repairs?

No, coking is not caused by the CCV. But if you look at the turbo inlet turbine baldes, that is sorta what coking looks like. It happens when DINO oil is heated or cooked at very high temperatures. The liquid oil base evaporates and the residue that is left sticks like glue to whatever is hot. It is the same thing that happens when a frying pan is left on a stove and what ever is cooking is cooked dry. Cleaning that pan is a real Hillary Clinton.

So when you run a 6.0 under a heavy load at high ambient temperatures, either towing or with a tuner, that generates a lot of heat in the turbo and heads where the injectors are located. When the motor is turned off the oil on the turbo bearing or vane surfaces or injector plunger surfaces can cook off. Now you have a very tight tolerance device that has debris or residue cooked on to it that now have made the tolerances even tighter. This in turn generates more heat and will lead to eventual failure. If I were using dino oil and operated my truck under these conditons, I would seriously look into installing a timer shut down i.e. the motor will shut off usually 3 to 5 minutes after the ignition is turned off. This circulates cooler oil through the very hot surfaces where coking could occur.

SYNTHETIC oil will not burn. OK, it will but at extremely higher temps then DINO oil burns. I would say if you have synthetic oil in your motor and it burns, you will have a lot more problems besides turbo and injector failure.

I got it covered. I was just curious to know about the "coking". I just serviced the turbo....al vanes moved freely and there wasnt much "coking" to speak of.

Thanks
