trail damage woes
i need help fixing my 06 ford ranger which was accidentily taken on a blue trail and craked a weld on a torsion bar mount and bent my crossmember, and the mounting tab on the torsion bar, how do i fix?? help

I can't tell exactly without seeing the part, could you post some pictures?
Heat the bent part, beat the red part until it's a straight part, weld the welded part, paint all to match.
