Good news, the dealer got authorization to pull the EGR, compress air in it and submerge it in water. Check the oil cooler and if they pass pull the heads again. It sucks that I may have to have my cab off again but it is great that ford is finally taking care of me.

I have a degass bottle issue of my own. Apparently, they are also prone to cracking in the back by the tab for the bolt. This causes them to seep coolant out. My dealer told me they would charge me $78 for the bottle and do labor for free, since it comes in under the $100 deductible. One more thing to look out for I guess.
