Looks normal to me.
I would be more worried about if it didnt have any wiggle & was real tight like it was sitting on a cam lobe & realy wasnt. Tight like that would indicate the valve has beat up into the head & was way to much preload on the lifter & rocker arm.
Mighty black in there, not much cleaning going on from the type of oil used or a whole bunch of mighty short trips & the oil not getting hot enough to do its job.

ok cool i am just trying to find out why it is knocking what would be the most common thing to look at for a knocking noise? Dose the thing that the valve an rockers arms are in come off? Sorry i had a brain fart an cant think what the name is for the thing that the valve an rockers arms are on. Head right?
Now I'm just going by as black as those rocker arms look, but, how much oil presure does the engine have at first start up cold & then when hot, how much at idle & then going down the road.
The knock your hearing, is it a hard clunk, a rattle clunk or a jingle rattle.
yes, those things the rocker arms bolt to are called the cylinder heads.
Something I noticed in the video, those rocker arms dont have the little thin metal splash guards in place.
Those splash guards, would make the oil as it is spurted up through the push rod stay on the rocker arm instead being squrted past the rocker arm. Those little metal pieces not being in place could cause the rocker arms not to be lubed proper.
Still though, the movment your showing in that video looks normal.

The fulcrums wear into the rocker arms over time. Both usually wind up scored and worn.
The rockers are non adjustable so you pick up some extra clearance, thus the light rattle.
And the oil splash guards (deflectors) missing, would not help keep the oil on top of the rockers as C-L-R mentioned above. The deflectors catch the squirt of oil as it comes up through the pushrod and direct it back down to the fulcrum area for lubrication.
Right now, your oil is shooting right over the rockers.
What year is you engine? If its a 93 gets rockers for a 93.
P.S. The tips of the pushrods that ride under the rockers, wear down over time too, And they will wear the pushrod slot on the underside of the rocker.
If your motor is stock, I would replace them with stock parts. They will last a long time.
I would replace all at once. Be sure to put the oil deflectors on. I am thinking they come with the rockers, but not 100% sure.
If the parts are separate, you need 16 rocker arms, 16 fulcrums, (or pivots/pedestals), and 16 deflectors, and 16 push rods. You can reuse the hold down bolts if needed.
For the price of an inlet manifold gasket and a few hydraulic lifters it wouldn't hurt to replace them while you are at it... Dont forget to oil it all where everything touches when you put it together and you'll need all of the associated gaskets as well - valve cover gaskets etc... Good luck.
