'65 olds dynamic 88 dash install started
Here's all I got today. I still need to fab some mounts, lengthen and glass the dash pad, add a little metal to the passenger side, build a new paper interior for the glove box, and re-route the heater controls. I might change out the face on the factory heater controls for something more snazzy. I also need to do my gauges. I'm putting a tach in the dash, right of the steering wheel. I'm putting a new 5 inch face on the factory speedo and making a new housing for it. I'm gonna put as many of the other gauges as I can (fuel, temp, alt, oil) in another round housing and mount it in the dash on the left of the steering wheel. I'm going to use a Pioneer tape player for the radio with the chrome ***** from a '69 F100 radio on it. Ignition, headlights, cigarette lighter, and wipers will also use the bezels from the '69 f100. I might swap in the '69 manual choke bezel too, but I'm not sure yet. The one and only piece I'm missing is the button for the glove box!
The steering wheel is a goner, on top of looking like hell, it also smells like a cat turd.

Here's what it looks like assembled, except the silver faces between the chrome outlines are black on mine, and I'm putting a Ranger badge and a Lincoln symbol where it says Dynamic 88 on the glove box door.
