460 efi conversion
got a 460 in my 1981 truck but just bought a 94 van with a efi 460 and e4od has anyone ever swaped a efi setup into one of these years?what all would i need to switch it over?and could i just use a switch to run the od part of the trans to replace the one on the shifter?

Your in for some work. First the e4od is a computer shifting trans. Second you will have to change ALL the wiring from the computer (basically ALL the Wiring Harnesses since one is a Van & the other is a truck that could get interesting) to the newer engine & trans. It can be done but hope your real strong on ELECTRICAL. Let us know how it turns out.
