switch on front tank and there was no fuel at the pump when i unhocked the frist i leat the truck for about 5 mouth could the fuel have gelled up
not in California it shouldnt gel.i would guess incorrect install.why dont you just do an electric pump.i got one of those $40 ones from autozone and its still goin strong 2 years later.i do carry a back-up though just in case.and if an electric goes bad it takes 10 minutes to swap instead of half a day plus its alot easier to bleed the lines.just my opinion.i wont go back to the mechanical lift on anything
Did you put the new valve before you changed the pump and did it Run after you changed the valve. You need to blow back through the fuel line and find out where the air goes.
