I've located a used intercooler and piping for $125. Its from a '99 f-250 PSD (don't know if it's 2wd or 4x4 if that even matters). Can I get it to fit my '97 f-350 4x4? Is this a good price?

Yes it will fit fine. The only adjustments that you will have to make is the piping. Do a search on intercoolers in this forum and you will get a ton of information.

I think the price is a good deal. You also are going to need an early 99 Y pipe with the marmon clamp and the reductor boots to it to the intake plennums (2" to 2 3/8") or a Banks spyder.
