1998 ford expedition check engine

check engine light problem. the scanner says lean condition banks 1 and 2.
no vacume leak. changed fuel filter.changed fuel regulator. runs good.
when i run the test on scanner says no problem. clear code
drive 2 to 5 miles check engine comes back on.
has 4.6l v8 auto w/ac 4x4
