That's a shame. He was a great actor in Kung-Fu. One of my favorite movies of his was Cannonball. He will be missed.

Completely shocked!

In "Lone Wolf McQuade", he played one bad man.

He also hosted "Wild West Tech" on History Channel, too.

Rest in Peace, Mr. Carradine.

Cannonball was a good movie. Carradine was cool in the tough guy roles he played- Chang, Lone WOlf McQuade, Kill Bill, but It's a shame he had to die in such a manner. I know the autopsy is still out, but my first thought was that this is also how Michael Hutchence (of INXS fame) died:
Go Ask Alice!: Auto-erotic asphyxiation
Who would want their memory to be attached to something like this?

Brings us all down a peg or two: we think that because these guys are famous that they have no real problems. Something terrible was bugging him to force him to take this route. RIP, Mr. Carradine.............

You've made a very good point. Just because they have celebrity status like this doesn't make them any more or less immune to the problems we "common joe's" have. Certainly very sad news to hear, and may he rest in peace.

what a bummer.
I lived to watch Kung Fu when I was a kid.
Very sad- so young yet, too. Seriously, being 70 today is not what it was, well, in the 70's.

Man that really sucks- I wasn't old enough to enjoy Kung-Fu, but definitely enjoyed him on the History Channel. Rest in peace brother.

I can't say that much 'shocks' me anymore....But regarding David Carradine.....I'm surprised.....I don't know---out-of-the-blue or something.....It's not like he was a forgotten actor who couldn't find work. His Kill-Bill movies......He was narrating a lot of the Western stuff for the History channel......

Alcohol? Who knows. Maybe he found out he had a terminal disease or something......

Or maybe I shouldn't speculate. I'm just surprised is all.

RIP

p.s. 'Death Race 2000'. Classic
