C6 lost forward gears.
I just got back from a couple month long TDY to saudi and I got in my truck and went to go "burn the cobwebs out of it and lost all forward gears when I went to get on the interstate. When you put it in drive it shutters a little bit and barely moves forward. Reverse works as advertised. Before I left I had a little problem every once in a while where I would stop after a hard run and it would rev up and kick into gear. The fluid level is correct and the filter has been changed. Its obvioulsy a mechanical problem. Its still under warranty from the tranny shop from the last rebuild so its going in teusday. I just wondered if there are any tranny gurus out there that could give me an early clue and possibly teach me something.

That's what everybody else has been saying too. Thanks for the reply. The good thing is is its under warranty. The guy who rebuilt it thinks there was something stuck in the valve body. This is no problem since I wanted to put a reverse shift pattern manual valve body in anyway. Going in today hopefully.
