Tru-Cool Max Install

I just got my tru-cool max 40k cooler in today. I have a 1996 f-250 psd. Im replacing the stock tube fin cooler. The only problem is should I mount the tru-cool with the nipples up or nipples down. It dosent really give my any instructions on what to do. But the box shows all the pictures of it with the nipples up and the little chart (below) shows the flow with the nipples up.

But all install pictures I've seen my other users show them installing the unit with the nipples down.
So which is the proper way for the best performance?

I would install with the inlet and outlet down, otherwise you will have to come up from the the bottom and make a u-turn with the line to make a connection.
