4.6 SOHC Windsor

Hey guys,

I am new to this forum, I have a 1999 ForD Expedition with a 4.6 SOHC Windsor i am trying to replace the the timing chain but the gears are pressed on. is thier anyway to get them off or do i need to take to a machine shop?
