P0171 and P0174

P0171 and P0174
Hi there, these two numbers are what I get when checking on why my check engine light is on....had been reading about one or the other but can anyone help me out on what to do if both are coming on? I have put so much into my expedition. I am hoping I can figure it out myself? Please help me if you can and I thank you!!!
