Power Door Lock Problem
Here at FTE we are well-aware of the tendency of the OEM units to degrade over time, and why.
So, tell us a bit more about the actuators you sell.
Do they have protective thermisters internally? If they do, are they subject to the same degradation that the OEM units are? If they aren't, why not?
If they have no thermisters, what protection is afforded to the actuator motors in the case of a stuck actuator switch?

Our units are manufactured just like the original part. They do come with a 1 year warranty. We sell quite a few of these and returns are less then 1% (and that's usually due to the wrong part being ordered).
It's a great part and it's manufactured well.We go through great lengths to weed out any inferior products.

I do not have an internal diagram of this part, that's why I couldn't post them up. It doesn't mean that I'm not knowledgeable about the product this is the information that I have to work with. The manufacturer doesn't give us specifics about the internal pieces on this particular part.
Best Regards,
Tony
I was hoping to find that your product was electrically and mechanically superior. At any rate, even if it's just the equivalent quality of OEM, yours are less costly, and would be a better buy.
Without knowing more specifics, it's impossible to weigh the differences.
Again, thanks.

Must be a system error, as I KNOW I only hit the "go button" once, and got this double post.
Thanks, Tony, for the quick response.
