On a cold start there could be white smoke from coolant if it seeps back into the cylinders but it would clear quickly.

I am starting to have trouble keeping up with where I put all my reference material. I will look for it - hopefully a tech (or qualified expert) can jump in and comment on this and save me the mental exercise.

Mark, I hope you've backed up everything you got.
You have provided a wealth of information to all us 6.0 folks out here. but that's no new news now is it?

I continue to learn from all you guys and your experiences, thanks.

Just returned from a 5,000 mile trip. So checking my own on going coolant loss/ white smoke in-the-morning will be forthcoming.
