All bolts should torque about the same 18 ft-lbs, according to my manual.

I use anti-sieze or pipe dope on the threads. There can be a "next time".

No, just use a good anti sieze or Pipe Thread sealant.

How do I add antifreeze and water to replace what I took out? I have 2 gallons of antifreeze and 2 gallons of distilled water.

50/50 mix, just add to where the radiator cap goes on. run motor after filling and wait for thermostat to open and add the rest.

Its on the plastic overflow reservoir, not on the radiator.
