5 to 8 lug conversion
i am interested in converting the ttb 44 from 5 to 8 lugs.
ideally i would install a d60 but timing and fundage are not there.
sabreforce.com had a kit listed but went out of business before i could get a reply or a price. any help would be great.

You'll need everything from the balljoints out from a chevy light duty 3/4 ton. they use a dana 44 too.
the spindles are the same bolt pattern so just pull off your spindles back to the knuckle, knock out the spindle studs, (the Chevy stuff needs longer studs because there is a plate that holds on the caliper inbetween the spindle and knuckle) and replace with the Chevy spindle studs, caliper holder, axle end, and spindle (you'll have to cut off the ttb caliper slides and grind a little to give room for the Chevy calipers).
I've had mine on for about 20K miles, stops alot better.
Good luck, let me know if you have any questions.
