Trailer brake controller

Does anyone trailer brake controller in the cab ever make a noise? Been in two trucks that made the noise then it quits.

Never heard any noise other than compressing the brake button on the controller, no shut off though, another bump..

I've heard some that make noise, and others that don't. It all depends on the setup.

In my truck I have the Tekonsha P3, and it makes no sound whatsoever.

x2, I have a Tekonsha , don't remember the modle but no noises.
