Look in my sig, you will see the Decel tune on my DP-TUNER. I just press a button and the EBPV closes, this is a good thing when towing. Don't hurt nothing. What is it you want to get out of this?

my truck used to be a repo truck. i still tow with it (cars and a 10k lb trailer) need to save my brakes. but dont want to spend 1100 on a exhaust brake.

Not often I tow less then 10k. I changed my brakes at 100,000 miles. I let the trailer do most of the braking because it has the load. Well, I don't know where you got 1100 $ at, but you can do this for next to nothing.

I have the F-5. If I was buying it for the first time, I would get the F-6, in order to get tunes by e-mail. I have LIVE tuning, that is the best.

OK, you have the right gauges. You need to pull the K&N out as soon as you can. Our trucks suck more air then the K&N can supply, also it will dust your turbo wheel. A good inexpensive intake is the 6637, thats what lots of us have on here. I tell you what, give this guy a call and he will help you out. These guys have done the trial and error on the 7.3, they know what is the best way to go on mods. Clay will give you the best price on what you need, Click on this. Call the number in the link. He is well liked on here and he has help so many people on here.
