Ok, so the ignition control module switch was diagnosed as being bad and thats why the truck wouldn't start. So I replaced it on saturday, and the truck started right up, and was running good.
A few hours later, while driving it, it shut itself off, and not it will not start again. It' tries to turn over, but will not.
take the air cleaner tubes off the throttle body, and spray some carb cleaner in the throttle body while someone cranks it. if it starts, and keeps running while you spray, it's a fuel problem. if it just cranks it's a spark problem.
You can also go to an auto parts store and rent an node light. Hook it to an injector, crank the engine and see if it flashes.
If it does not flash and you have fuel and spark and runs with spraying some carb cleaner in the throttle body while someone cranks it as dustybumpers said above then it could be a computer problem.
Does the fuel pumps now run all the time with the key on?
