new/refurbished speedometer available?

Does anyone reproduce or refurbish the early bronco speedometer cluster? I'd like to get one with the complete guages (not idiot lights) for my 66 F100. I didn't find anything from the vendors with online catalogs.

Dakota Digital makes a nice one, plus they come up on E-Bay all the time.

Thanks for the lead.

I want the originally, mechanical gauge. Not a big fan of the digital gauges.

GFW, thanks for the lead, but I have the idiot lights, not the gauges. Not sure of what if any differences there is in wiring, etc to reconfigure from one to the other. I'd email and ask, but I'm not a member over there.

Seems like the broncos got the gauges and the trucks got the idiot light version of the speedo/gauge assembly. I would like to get the gauges, but don't care much for the digital version, so that's why I'm after the bronco version.

As far as swapping to gauges from lights, you would need senders for oil psi and water temp from a Bronco application. I'm not sure of how the factory amp light is wired, but you would need to route the main battery feed to the cab through the loop in the ammeter. The wire color on the early Bronco is black/ yellow.

There are still good used and buildable factory clusters out there. Try checking with Bronco Graveyard and Tom's Bronco.

McLeod, I gotta agree with you about NumberDummy.

(No such thing as specific Bronco sending units).

E4ZZ9278A .. Oil Pressure Gauge Sending Unit (Motorcraft SW1547B).

E4ZZ-9278-A replaced: C9ZZ-9278-A; C7ZZ-9278-A, B7T-9278-A.

Fits: 1957/96 F Series trucks / 1966/96 Bronco / 1961/2009 Econoline, 1957 thru 1979 ALL passenger cars / 1980/2009, some passenger cars.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
C6DZ10884B .. Water Temperature Sending Unit (Motorcraft SW552).

Fits: 1966/69 cars/trucks.

F1SZ10884A .. Water Temperature Sending Unit (Motorcraft SW2328)

F1SZ-10884-A replaced: DOZZ-10884-A; DOWY-10884-A.

Fits: 1970/2009, many different cars/trucks.

Instead of using the Bronco cluster, the OP can use one from a 1961/66 F100/750 that has all 4 gauges inside the round cluster.

Some of these trucks have two separate round gauges. One each on either side of the round cluster.

Some have all four "fan shaped" gauges inside the round cluster.

I'm not saying that the senders are specific only to the Bronco. I figured that most were the same for both senders. But using the same application as the gauges would ensure the OP that it would work without knowing they were all the same. At least he would have something to go by if he were somewhere besides the Ford dealer parts dept.
