Slider door locks?

I ordered new door panels for my '81 F150 and have them now but I need to get some new slider locks. I checked my local salvage yard but have had no luck finding any. I thought someone said that they knew someone who had some of those door locks for sale. I sure could use a couple of them. Anyone know where I can get my hands on a couple of those old door locks?

Only place I know that sells them is Dennis Carpenter.

They are NOS, and the color selection is limited.

I would send the panels back and get later model ones with the different locks. Those slider locks always broke.

Since I have had the panels for too long to send them back I'm stuck using what I have so I need the sliders. What I need to know is who is Dennis Carpenter and how do I contact him about the locks? Also, what are you referring to with the letters NOS? I don't think you mean nitrous.

Dennis Carpenter specializes in obsolete parts. Google it and you'll see.

NOS = New Old Stock

NOS usually means very expensive. That's a part originally made by Ford as a spare, and are the same quality as the originals.
