Ok so i finally had a chance to try the 4wheel drive on my truck and trust me it wasnt a good experience it seems like my 4wheel drive is not engaing or locking like i like to call it ... ive heard that these automatic hubs have a tendency to go bad so im jus gonna swap um out to the manual hubs from warn but anyone know the actuall part number for them ?
Just remember: you must stop to engage them...... if you back up with them disengaged they will unlock...... keep them engaged and they will stay there forwards or backwards.
i was trying to look um up online and i couldnt seem to find them i know napa sells the warn hubs so i jus wanted to compare foot notes... so it states u need the kit to go from automatic to manual? is that correct
got the warn hubs from napa ... and got them installed in no time ... it took me longer to find the star tool size then it did to change n replace those dreaded auto hubs.... and the first thing i did was test um out in some loose sand n let me tell u i could tell the 4wheel drive was locked into place...thanxs again guys
