Just need some pigtails for the new lights.. and trim up the header panel for the lights to fit. Piece of cake..
And of course the headlights
FWIW, LMC truck sells some 1 piece lights that appear to not require any cutting of the header panel, but they are a tad on the ugly side IMO.
LOL... hey some guys don't mind the ricer look, and might have "cutting holes in my truck" paranoia so I thought I'd throw it out there. I'm happy with my 02's!
03 was the year with clear head lights. right? will they fit in a 01 with no cutting.
02-04 were clear and no cutting, but don't let the cutting scare you. It's not that bad. The Ebay Eagle Eyes are what I did and the 05 look is great. I would recommend you do the harness upgrade when you do the light upgrade.

that is on my wish list. right now got a couple things in front of headlights, but the info is great to know when looking for some.
Well, I went from the stock bulbs and lights on the 99's to 9007 silverstars, then upgraded the wiring harness. Both helped, each a little more. Then I went to the 02-04 style with the 9007s and harness, big differance. Now with my new lights, they were again an improvement, then I upgraded to silverstars and not so much differance. I don't want the blue lights, so I'm good where I am at. Just wish I would have made the jump to the 05's a long time ago.
