Yes. I started with stock lights and lens, upgraded to 9007 silverstars, helped, then the wiring harness upgrade, more help. Then I went with the clear 02 style, still even more light. Now, the 05's, more light again, change over the the silverstars, not as much change as I had hope, but still some. I'm not a fan of the blue lights, so I guess I'm done.

02-04 fit without cutting, they bolt right in but only if you get the adjuster screw assemblies with the lights! The 99-01 lights use different adjusters that will not work on the newer lights. There is no place to buy new adjuster screws (not even Ford unless you want to buy the headlight with them) and they are scarce in the junkyards.
