They don't make longer shafts for lifted trucks.
Your TTB setup is out of whack. It's probably only your sagging springs but could also be loose, broken or bent drop mounts or worn bushings or a combination of all of the above.
I would recheck all of your pivot brackets and bushings first, and replace your springs.
