Change rear main seal on 86 460?

Change rear main seal on 86 460?
How hard is it to change the rear main seal on my 86 460 auto?
It has a solid pan; so, I have to lift the motor -right?

I pulled the 460 on my 79 to change the rear main. It's worth the extra work vs. laying on your back and cussing the whole time.
