No you don't, those are all fiberglass or plastic visors. He is looking for this one to be specific. J+J visor, bought it from them just before they closed up. I tried to get them to make me more but he wouldn't do it. Real nice guy who just was retiring and getting out of the business.
thats it,the holy grail of visors,I guess i'll just have to wait to find one used or I might make one.You should make a template and take some detailed pics, you could sell a kit on ebay and make a fortune, people would line up.Why is the good stuff always so hard to get?

Dang, I bought a 77 F150 4x4 about 7 years ago, Drove from P/Os house and right to the tire store. Had 4 new tires and wheels put on then drove home. It had a metal visor on it just like the louvered one in the pics. It was the first thing I took off. I wish I new it now, as I set it out for the scraper. Guess I should see if anyone wants what I scrap before I scrap it.
Wow, I've been looking for what those visors were for YEARS, I saw one a long time ago, The '30 Model A in the back of the garage has a similar type original visor, I always thought it was great. So what exactly was the name of the company that made them?
I was always wondering if a company that makes em' for big rigs might have one that's close to the right size for a pickup, TONS of big rigs have those style visors on them.
Lets be realisitc here,it's just a flat piece of stainless. It is actually very easy to make and I am going to make one minus the louvers.Hey ranger429,whats the thickness .040 or .060?
