stupid air!!!

well i went and changed my oil and my inline fuel filter i put in to bypass the leaky filter head that i have yet to finish fixing.lol and now the dang truck dont start.checked voltage to ip and its all good used the gas soaked rag.i tried turning it over atleast a dozen times now what?

ya i have an electric fuel pump on a toggle switch.probably gonna have to crack injectors huh?i figured letting the electric pump buid pressure for a while and cranking it over a few times would get rid of the air

First thing is to loosen the fuel feed pipe at the injector pump a couple of turns and run the electric fuel pump untill fuel comes out with no air. Tighten pipe nut. May take a bit of cranking but it should then start.

I agree with Lazy K!

IP Pump, Injectors and lines will bleed them selves out in just a few cranks.

Bleeding the injector lines is not really required. Mine will simply push the air through and fire off after about 5-10 seconds of total cranking with an empty injector pump.
