My grandfather had a Chev pickup with a camper built into the back of it, now finding one of those would be cool as well. Blazer Chalet as they were called. Google image searching the RV brings up a few and nice colors to boot.

Whats with all the grill/radiator lookin' stuff in the rear?
Me thinks I don't understand everything I know about this subject.

They probably had an aux A/C in the back for hack duty. I think for RV fitup they had a generator set up back there.

I'd sell the running gear, put it up on blocks in the garden, run an extension cord out to it and use it as a guest cabin.

Since it is a puller (FWD), the vents in the rear must be for a generator of some type for an extra HVAC system.

Well, if I had read page two and three of this thread, I would have known that the rear vents had already been addressed.

The burning question is: Can adapters be obtained to convert this beast to FORD power?

You would be nuts to want something like that bro, lol.. Looks like something that should be at a monster truck rally getting ready to be jumped and crushed. Just think how hard parts would be to find for it.
