My turbo went the truck has 194000 6 speed manual t&s performance chip and cold air intake.I do some towing so i dont want to go to wild.What turbo should i replace it with and where do i find it.I do not want a stock turbo i want a ball bearing set up.I need to order one asap thanks

You can just unplug the EBPV, or you can gut it. You can also buy an EBPV delete pedestal, but you still have to get the flapper out.
I will have a freshly rebuilt stocker shortly. You can make it into "nearly" a van turbo by putting a 1.0 A/R exhaust housing on it. I have a van turbo, and it's the same as a stocker with a 1.15 non-wastegated exhaust housing. If you don't plan on bigger injectors (just tuning), that's the way to go. Unless you want to spring for the 38r, that is.... Mine will be done in a few days, including a gutted outlet & pedestal (no EBPV)... I have a rebuild kit ready to go on it, I just need the time to get it done.
